We provide mats, so you don’t need to bring your own. If you still want to use your own, no problem at all.

Late arrivals & cancellations

If you want to cancel a class, you must do so at least 6 hours in advance or your class credit will be forfeited. Please read our cancellation policy.
If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, you’ll be charged $20 (for members) or lose your class credit. Please review our no-show policy for full details.
Class credits
We don’t offer refunds for class credits. However, if you cancel within our cancellation window, we’ll return the credit to your account for future use. Cancel less than 6 hours before class, and you’ll lose the credit.
Yes! The Harmony Explorer membership includes 2 classes per week, while the Zen Quest membership includes 3 classes per week.
Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew every 30 days. On your renewal date, we’ll charge your account for the next month under the same terms.
Membership Cancellation: Cancel anytime with written notice to support@ohawellness.com.

Waitlist
Join the Waitlist: If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist for a chance to secure a spot. To join, simply purchase a class or membership. If you don’t get in, we’ll return the class credit to your account.
Automatic Enrollment: If a spot opens more than 1 hour before class, we’ll automatically add you and send an email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: If you’re added to a class within 6 hours of the start time, the 6-hour cancellation policy still applies. If you don’t remove yourself in time, you may lose the class credit or, for Infinity Bliss members, incur a penalty fee.
Remove Yourself If Needed: If you no longer wish to attend, remove yourself at least 1 hour before class to get your class credit back and free up the spot for someone else.
Last-Minute Availability: The waitlist closes 1 hour before class. After that, any remaining spots become first-come, first-served.

Friendly Greetings: Don’t forget to say hi! Please check in with the person at the entrance upon arrival.
Disconnect for Connection: Turn off to tune in. Our studio room is an electronic-free zone. Kindly leave your phone in your coat or bag.
Quiet Reflection: While we love connecting with others, our studio room is a space for self-reflection. We kindly ask that you save conversations for pre and post-class moments.
Respectful Participation: Please remain on your mat throughout the class to respect others’ journeys and fully engage in your practice. Your instructor will signal when it’s appropriate to depart. At OHA Wellness, we prioritize balance alongside effort. In case of emergencies like needing a restroom break or feeling overheated, kindly refrain from rejoining the class. Instead, reach out to us by email at: info@ohawellness.com for assistance and potential visit credit adjustment.
All service sales are final: we do not offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Payment must be made in advance, and we do not accept cash.
Retail Merchandise Returns: Get a full refund within 7 days if the product is unused. Exchanges or account credits are available within 30 days, as long as the item remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items: Socks, yoga mats, and water bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Proof of Payment Required: Please provide your receipt for any returns or exchanges.
We adore your furry companions! Nevertheless, for safety reasons and to honor the experience of fellow guests, pets are not permitted during classes. If you have a service dog, kindly contact us at support@ohawellness.com. We may inquire about its necessity due to a disability and the tasks it has been trained to perform.
OHA is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. We recommend leaving valuables at home. Any items left behind will be kept in the lost and found for two weeks, after which they will be donated.
All clients must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Anyone under the age of 18 requires a signed waiver from their parent or guardian.

According to most research, practicing yoga during pregnancy is highly beneficial. We suggest you explore our prenatal series, crafted specifically to cater to the needs of expectant mothers.
Before attending, it’s advisable to consult with your doctor. Please be aware that our special soundbath class and some breathwork exercises are not suitable for pregnant women.
Returning to Class After an Injury
If you’re recovering from an injury, wait until your doctor clears you before attending a class. Once you’re ready, reach out to us for personalized class recommendations.
