Qualifications & Accomplishments

With a foundation in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Human Potential Coaching, along with a background in Biomedical Engineering and over 14 years of experience in teaching and facilitating holistic health, I have taught internationally across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, integrating ancient wisdom and modern science to support well-being and personal growth.

In my classes, you’ll experience grounding, mindful movement that fosters deep body awareness and presence. Through breath, intention, and a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, or Restorative styles, each session is a nourishing journey toward balance, focus, and self-connection
